Watch: Lebanese Crowd Cheers for ‘Ahlam’

Emirati singer Ahlam al-Shamsi turned into a laughing stock in Lebanon over the past few days as Lebanese nationals took to social media, mainly Twitter, to slam her latest comments against Lebanon and its people.

However, in an attempt to redeem herself, al-Shamsi attended the Lebanese national team’s football meet against Myanmar.

Her attempt clearly backfired as social media activist Abbas Zahri filmed the crowd inside the field chanting profanities at the self-proclaimed ‘Queen’.
