This little bird didn’t heed the warning to let sleeping dogs lie.
When it needed to make a nest, the crafty creature hopped onto the snoozing pooch’s back.
Video shows the bird plucking chunks of fur from the sleepy dog, who doesn’t appear to be too bothered by the unrequested haircut.
Perhaps she found it therapeutic?
Robin Cross Bailey, from Durham in North Carolina, posted the footage to Facebook on Apr. 5. It had gotten more than 3.3 million views by Saturday morning.
It was captioned, “What the heck! This bird is making its nest with Annie’s fur. She seems to be enjoying it.”
