Municipal polls close in Beirut, the Bekaa and Baalbek-Hermel

The polls in the municipal elections held Sunday in Beirut, the Bekaa and Baalbek-Hermel have officially closed after a long electoral day which featured a surprisingly low turnout in Beirut.
