Lebanese first-time-voter Hani Khawand chose to cast his vote for three "Game of Thrones" characters during the second phase of the municipal elections in Mount Lebanon.

The characters he chose were Jon Snow, Daenerys Targaryen and Tyrion Lannister.

As for the reason behind his skit, Khawand told MTV Website that it came from his desire to make fun of the current political situation, knowing that candidates supported by political parties weren't the ones needed to drive change in Sin el-Fil.

"It was my older brother Haytham's idea and I didn't feel like any of the candidates deserved or needed my vote," he added.

Lebanese Blogger Najib Mitri brought another funny vote to my attention as an unknown voter cast his ballot in favor of adult movie actress Mia Khalifa.
