Saida governmental hospital relocates patients due to its proximity to Ain al-Hilweh camp

The ongoing clashes in Ain al-Hilweh Palestinian camp forced the Lebanese Army to take security measures at the camp entrances and to close the nearby al-Hisbeh highway in both directions for citizens' safety.

 

Public institutions and Saida governmental hospital were closed upon instructions from the Mayor Mansour Daou due to the bad security situation.

 

Worried about any further escalations in the camp, some of Sidon citizens rushed to check out patients undergoing treatment at the hospital due to its proximity to the camp.
