Houri: Hariri has brought closer points of view on electoral law

Future parliamentary bloc MP Ammar Houri said on Tuesday that Prime Minister Saad Hariri succeeded in bringing closer the points of view among the political parties regarding the electoral law.

 

Houri, whose words came during an interview, added that "all proposals are on-the-table" and that "dialogue is open" despite complications.

 

Houri noted that "the closer we are to Taif Agreement and the Constitution, the closer we get to a solution."

 

He also expected an agreement on a new law to be reached before the Parliament session on May 29.
