A Wisconsin man and woman were busted having sex in a car - and were arrested after repeatedly refusing to stop, authorities said.

Bailey Puttkemery, 21, would not back down when a La Crosse police officer confronted him and 20-year-old Emily Scott.

"No, bro, I'm trying to f--k," Puttkemery told the officer, according to a police incident report obtained by The Smoking Gun.

The officer allegedly opened the rear passenger door and again told Puttkemery and Scott to put on some clothes.

Puttkemery eventually exited the vehicle, but complained that the officer was getting in the way of his lovemaking, according to the report.

"You're a man, you should understand," Puttkemery told the officer. "It's Oktoberfest weekend."

At one point the naked Puttkemery told the officer, "it's just a d--k. Nothing to be afraid of." The suspect continued to argue as he put his clothes on, according to the report.

When the officer asked Scott why they had not stopped having sex, she allegedly said, "he wanted to finish."

Puttkemery was arrested for lewd and lascivious behavior and disorderly conduct, and Scott was busted for lewd and lascivious behavior and bail jumping. However, prosecutors did not pursue the charges related to the incident, according to the La Crosse Tribune.
