Abi Khalil kicks off negotiations over two technical offers with oil companies

Energy Minister, Cesar Abi Khalil, with the assistance of the Lebanese Petroleum Administration PLA, discussed on Monday two technical offers with oil companies.

Negotiations are expected to continue until the 29th of November, according to an agenda set by the minister and the LPA.

The Minister will submit a report on the outcome of negotiations to the Council of Ministers in preparation for an appropriate decision.
