Arslan: Putin's visit to Middle East anchors real partnership

Head of the Lebanese Democratic Party, Minister Talal Arslan, said on Tuesday via Twitter that the historic visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to the Middle East, especially Syria, "anchored the formula of real partnership in the region".

"This visit will have major political, military and economic repercussions," Arslan said.

It should be noted that Minister Arslan headed to Moscow on Monday, where he met with several Russian officials.
