Fire kills at least 26 people in drug treatment centre in Azerbaijan capital

A fire killed at least 26 people in a drug abuse treatment centre in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, a health ministry source told Reuters on Friday (March 2). 

Other reports said at least 30 people had died in the incident. 

Firefighters and rescuers of Azerbaijan's emergencies ministry had extinguished the blaze and were investigating its causes, the local APA news agency reported.
