Military Investigative Judge Fadi Sawwan issued on Thursday three indictments against five individuals of different nationalities over terrorism-related crimes.
In the first indictment, Sawwan accused Ahmad Nidal Khalil and Youssef Bilal Arqoub, both Palestinians, of belonging to terrorist al-Nusra Front and fighting alongside other extremist factions inside the refugee camp of Ain-el-Hilwe.
The second indictment presses charges against Saeed Nouh for belonging to Daesh, conducting logistic operations in favor of the terrorist group, and gunrunning.
As to the third, it accuses Raja Majzoub (Palestinian) and Abdullatif Hfoud (Lebanese) of belonging to al-Qaeda and resisting law enforcement.
Sawwan referred all five to the permanent military court for trial.
