Sawan issues indictments on terrorism charges

Military Investigation Judge, Fadi Sawan, issued on Thursday three indictments against defendants of Lebanese, Palestinian and Syrian nationalities for the crime of belonging to ISIS, fighting alongside the terrorist group against the Lebanese Army, and financing elements affiliated with IS.

He then referred the defendants to the Permanent Military Court for trial.
