Ambassador of Qatar bids Ibrahim farewell

Ambassador of Qatar, Ali bin Hamad al-Merri, on Tuesday paid a farewell visit to General Security Chief, Major General Abbas Ibrahim,  marking the end of his diplomatic mission in Lebanon.

General Ibrahim later discussed general developments with MP Nadim Gemayel.

He also broached with head of the Office of the UN special envoy to Syria, Stephanie Khoury, issues of common interest and the best means bolster coordination between the General Security and UN agencies to better handle refugee affairs.
