Biography of Information Minister Jamal Jarrah

The National News Agency publishes a general review of the biography of Information Minister Jamal Jarrah:

-Born in 1956 in Al-Marj - Bekaa.

- Married to Afaf Ajami with three children.

- BA in Business Administration from the Lebanese American University.

- Started work in an electrical equipment company in Jordan, then worked as a staff member at Bank Med to later become the director of Jeb Jennin branch. He was later appointed as the Bank’s regional director in the Bekaa.

- Was elected MP in the Western Bekaa in 2005 and 2009.

- Member of the Future Parliamentary Bloc.

- Telecommunications Minister in the government of Prime Minister Saad Hariri from 2016 until 2019.
