Othman talks cooperation prospects with ICRC's Beirut head

Internal Security Forces chief, Imad Othman, on Friday received at his Barracks office the head of the International Committee of the Red Cross delegation in Beirut, Christophe Martin.

Talks reportedly touched on means of bolstering cooperation between the ISF and the ICRC.
