Bassil appoints advisor for affairs of people with special needs

Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil announced on Monday that he had appointed Joe Rahhal as his advisor for the affairs of people with special needs.

He also promised to follow up on the issuance of the relevant decrees.

Bassil was speaking at the inauguration of a workshop on people with special needs at the Parliament.
