Standard & Poor's reclassifies Lebanon's outlook to negative

In a statement by Reuters it indicated that "Standard & Poor's Global Ratings has maintained its classification of Lebanon's sovereign credit rating at 'B-' and downgraded its future outlook from stable to negative."
