Lebanese national responsible for Zahle crime hands himself in to army

A Lebanese national identified as T.G.D. who is charged with killing an Indian citizen and seriously injuring three others in Zahle, has handed himself over in to Lebanese Armed Forces in Riyak, as reported on Sunday.
