Bou Saab: We reduced Defense Ministry's budget without tampering with salaries

National Defense Minister, Elias Bou Saab, announced in the wake of today's Cabinet session: "We have reduced the budget of the Defense Ministry without tampering with salaries."

Minister Bou Saab stressed his keenness for the army and their morale, as well as for not tampering with their rights.
