Russia may sell contaminated oil at a discount, Energy Minister Alexander Novak was quoted as saying on Wednesday by Interfax news agency.

He also said supplies via the Druzhba pipeline, which were interrupted after the discovery of the contaminated oil, will return to normal by year-end.
