Samy Gemayel: How can helpless cabinet contribute to budget of another country's government?

MP Samy Gemayel tweeted on Thursday: "How can the Lebanese cabinet, which is helpless, stumbling and on the brink of bankruptcy, suffering from unprecedented deficit and public debt, increased taxes (...) and reduced educational and health grants, to put on its agenda a proposal to contribute to the budget of the government of another country?"
