Army chief meets Canadian ambassador, US Embassy Defense Attaché

Army Commander, General Joseph Aoun on Thursday welcomed at his Yarzeh office Canadian Ambassador to Lebanon, Emanuelle Lamoureux, accompanied by Embassy's Military Attaché, David B Jones. 

Talks reportedly touched on cooperation relations between the armies of both countries. 

Maj. Gen, Aoun also met with the Defense Attaché of the US Embassy in Beirut, Colonel Michael Feeley, who came on a farewell visit, in the company of his successor Colonel Rob Meine. 

The Army Commander also met with Joseph Hannoush and his family who thanked him for following up on Hannoush's kidnapping case.
