Jreissati reaches Chouf amid spiraling wildfire

Environment Minister Fadi Jreissati reached the Chouf district to closely inspect the wildfires and the damages they have caused, as reported on Tuesday.

The blaze has been raging out of control for two days, compelling locals to evacuate their homes.

The Chouf Cedar Reserve stated that the fire danger index was still at high rates, calling citizens for utmost caution.
