Choucair's media office: Alfa and Touch start selling recharge cards in LBP

The media office of Caretaker Minister of Telecommunications Mohammad Choucair said in a statement on Tuesday that "the two mobile networks [Alfa and Touch] have started to hand over recharge cards of various types to distributors in Lebanese pounds, according to the official exchange rate of the US dollar issued by the Central Bank of Lebanon."
