أفادت معلومات mtv أنّ مجلس الوزراء أقرّ تأجيل الانتخابات البلدية بسبب عدم الجهوزية المادية والبشرية لذلك، واقترح إجراءها في 31 أيار 2023 على أن يُحال هذا الاقتراح على مجلس النواب الذي هو سيّد نفسه ويتّخذ القرار المناسب.
