أفادت "النهار" بأنّ مجموعة من النواب أطلقوا حملة تواقيع على عريضة نيابية جديدة تنص على التمسك بانتخاب المغتربين للنواب الـ 128 وعدم حصر أصواتهم بالدائرة الـ 16 اي اقتراعهم لـ 6 نواب فقط بموجب القانون الحالي.
