14 new cases of the novel coronavirus have been confirmed in Lebanon and one more death has been recorded, according to the Ministry of Public Health's daily report on Monday.

"Until 6/4/2020, the number of laboratory-confirmed [Covid-19] cases in the Rafik Hariri University Hospital, the accredited university hospitals and private labs has reached 541, 14 more than yesterday," the report read.

"One more death has been registered, taking the toll to 19 so far," it added.

It also indicated that no coronavirus cases had been detected among emigrants who returned to Lebanon.
