عملية الحصول على شهدات تلقيح اختلفت بين من تلقى اللقاح عبر منصة وزارة الصحة ومن أخذه عبر القطاع الخاص، مِن مَن أخذه من خارج المنصة، والاختلاف هذا أدى الى موجة من الضياع بين المواطنين.
