Parliament Speaker, Nabih Berri, on Wednesday sent a congratulatory cable to Egyptian President, Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, marking the 48th anniversary of October’s Liberation War victory. 

In his cable, Berri wished Egypt greater progress and prosperity.
