اشارت مديرية الاطفاء في الكويت الى ان حريقا ضخما شب في ميناء عبدالله وأتى على مساحة 2000 متر مربع من الميناء الذي يحوي إطارات وأخشاب و400 برميل من المواد الخطرة، وتعمل على اطفائه 5 مراكز إطفاء.
