رأى النائب روبير غانم أنه لم يعد جائزا اعادة طرح ملف تخفيض السنة السجنية بعد ان سقط هذا الاقتراح في الهيئة العامة، مشيرا في حديث إلى إذاعة "صوت لبنان" (93،3) إلى إمكان اتخاذ اجراءات عملية في ملف السجون الاربعاء المقبل في البرلمان.
