أكد المرصد السوري لحقوق الانسان مقتل 17 عنصرا من الأمن والجيش اثر اشتباكات مع مسلحين يعتقد انهم منشقون.
وتحدث المرصد في بيان عن "اشتباكات عنيفة بين الجيش النظامي السوري والمنشقين في حي باب السباع في حمص".
