صدر عن قاضي التحقيق في جبل لبنان زياد مكنّى الحكم الظني بحق فتحي جبر سلاطين المتهم بقتل الشابة ميريام الاشقر في ساحل علما عمدا وبشراسة لاخفاء جريمتي سرقتها ومحاولة اغتصابها، طالبا له الاعدام.
