اعتبر الوزير السابق شربل نحاس ان العامل هو من يحصل حقه من خلال رفع صوته والتظاهر في 1 ايار واستقالة غسان غصن "المتواطئ مع ارباب العمل والحكومة" كما قال.واستنكر نحاس وجود سلاح في يد غير الجيش اللبناني.
