Israel has killed at least 21 Palestinians and injured 61 in the past 24 hours, according to the enclave’s Health Ministry.
The total death toll since October 7 last year has risen to 45,227, the ministry said.
It added that 107,573 people have also been injured in Israel’s war on Gaza.
