Progressive Socialist Party leader, Walid Jumblatt on Tuesday said via his Twitter account, "Quorum has been secured in accordance with the Constitution; however, the Democratic Gathering's position is clear and emanates from its convictions. We will not be part of any tripartite alliance or otherwise, unless a clear political and economic program are secured."
