A conference on Lebanon is being held in Hungary under the title "The Future of Lebanon from a Christian Perspective," attended by Maronite Patriarch Cardinal Bechara Boutros Rahi.

Notably, this is the first conference of its kind, initiated by the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. It aims to provide support for Lebanon and reaffirm the strong ties between Lebanon and Hungary, as well as Hungary’s role in supporting Lebanon in international forums.
