Ambassador of Brazil Tarcísio Costa met with the Lebanese Minister of Health Rakan Nasser Eldine. On that occasion, topics of cooperation and assistance were discussed, particularly the proposal to establish a twinning partnership between the Jamil Haddad National Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics (INTO), located in Rio de Janeiro, and its Lebanese counterpart, as well as the recent donation of over 3 million syringes by Brazil, which will soon arrive in Beirut.
