Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants Youssef Rajji received this afternoon a phone call from the European Union Commissioner for the Mediterranean Partnership, Dubravka Šuica, during which the pair discussed the latest military developments in the region and their impact on the situation in Lebanon.
The call also addressed the Lebanese government's efforts to implement economic and administrative reforms in preparation for the Partnership Council meeting later this year.
Šuica informed the Foreign Minister of the European Union's continued provision of assistance to the Lebanese Army.
Minister Raggi also discussed with the European Commissioner the displaced Syrians’ dossier in Lebanon.
