In a session chaired by Deputy Speaker of Parliament Elias Bou Saab and attended by Director General of the Ministry of Information Dr. Hassan Falha, the joint parliamentary committees approved a draft law subjecting contractors at the Ministry of Information to the national retirement framework. The proposal aims to align the rights of ministry contractors with those of full-time public employees by granting them access to retirement benefits.
