The Internal Security Forces (ISF) announced that a massage center in Jounieh was shut down after being found to be involved in prostitution and human exploitation.
According to a statement from the ISF’s Public Relations Division, the Anti-Vice and Human Trafficking Bureau in the Judicial Police Unit received information indicating that several women were being exploited for sex work inside the establishment.
Following extensive investigations, a patrol raided the location on October 2, 2025, and caught four women of different nationalities in the act with clients. During questioning, the women admitted to engaging in sexual acts in exchange for money as part of prior arrangements with customers.
Authorities sealed the center and referred the detainees to the competent judiciary. The ISF confirmed that efforts are ongoing to identify and arrest others involved in the operation.
