The Public Relations and Media Office of the Lebanese Civil Defense issued the following statement:

Civil Defense teams continue to open main and secondary roads around sites that were targeted in the city of Nabatieh. They are also maintaining efforts to ensure public safety in the area and to provide residents with water supplies.

The Directorate General of Lebanese Civil Defense reaffirmed that it continues to carry out its humanitarian and relief missions in response to citizens’ calls, in line with public safety requirements, despite difficult field conditions and challenges.
