Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and Jordan’s King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein held a meeting in the Jordanian capital, Amman, in the presence of Crown Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II.
The meeting came within the framework of joint coordination between the two leaderships to serve the interests of the two countries and their brotherly peoples.
On the Palestinian side, the meeting was attended by Ziad Abu Amr, Head of the International Relations Department of the Palestine Liberation Organization; Majdi Al-Khalidi, Advisor to the President for Diplomatic Affairs; and Atallah Khairy, Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Jordan.
On the Jordanian side, the meeting was attended by Ayman Safadi, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates.
