The Israeli army announced that it intercepted a missile launched from Yemen.

In a statement, the Israeli army said that Israeli Air Force units “intercepted a missile launched from Yemen toward Israeli territory.”

Earlier, the Israeli army had reported that an air raid siren was activated in several areas of the country following the missile launch from Yemen.

Meanwhile, Yemen’s Ministry of Health and Environment announced that the death toll from Israeli airstrikes on the capital Sanaa and Al Jawf governorate has risen to 166 dead and injured, in what remains a preliminary tally.
