The United Nations slammed a Russian drone attack on its aid convoy in the southern Ukrainian region of Kherson, saying the bombardment could amount to a war crime.
"Such attacks are utterly unacceptable. Aid workers are protected by international humanitarian law and should never be attacked," the UN's Humanitarian Coordinator for Ukraine, Matthias Schmale, said in a statement.
