Today, the government’s plan for the organized return of Syrian refugees continues with the launch of the fifth phase, carried out by the General Directorate of General Security through the Al-Masnaa border crossing with Syria.
This phase is coordinated with Syrian authorities and involves international and humanitarian organizations, including UNHCR, IOM, and the Lebanese Red Cross.
