قبل استشهاده بالقصف العدواني في بلدته جبشيت بقضاء النبطية في جنوب لبنان، كان الشاب محمد علي قد نشر لقطات من كواليس تصوير مشهد الصدم في مسلسل "بالحرام".
وكان محمد علي مصمم مشاهد الحركة في العمل الذي يعرض في شهر رمضان المبارك على MTV.
