أفادت وكالات اجنبية بأن مشروع القرار الذي تقدمت به فرنسا للتمديد لليونيفيل يتضمّن فقرة بشأن عزم مجلس الأمن العمل على انسحاب هذه القوة الأممية لتصبح الحكومة اللبنانية الضامن الوحيد للأمن في جنوب لبنان.
