تتوجّه قيادة الجيش إلى سكان بلدتي سحمر ويحمر – البقاع ومحيطهما لتبلغهم أنّه سيجري تفجير ذخائر غير منفجرة من مخلفات العدوان الإسرائيلي بتاريخه ما بين الساعة 15:00 والساعة 17:00. لذلك يطلب من المواطنين عدم الاقتراب من مكان التفجير.
