Responsibilities:
- Setting all agency annual deals and VR negotiation.
- Full and direct involvement and supervision of all clients’ portfolio.
- Establishes forecasts and goals for all sales department employees, and monitors performance on a continual basis.
- Report sales performance analysis on monthly, quarterly and annual basis to determine business growth potential.
- Plan and execute marketing strategies that will directly impact sales and revenue performance of the brand.
- Innovate advertising opportunities to meet client’s expectations.
- Create and execute strategic sales plans.
- Analyze and evaluate media scene changes based on regular conducted research.
- Maintain good relation with agencies, clients, media and buyers.
- Coordinates sales operations with all other departments/divisions of the station in order to meet the set business objectives.
- Run, approve, optimize Google Adexchange/Programmatic Inventory
- Run and Optimize MTV house campaigns on other platforms/google Ads
- Full Management of Google Ad Manager (Run campaigns, optimize and report)
- Ad development and connection between MTV portals and Google Servers.
- Create seasonal presentations including new services, offers, shows, products.
- Research and implement new advertising technologies
- Website/apps Monitoring
- Develop HTML5 Banners
- Develop Click Trackers
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Diploma
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Advertising , Marketing or other related fields
- Experience
- At least eight years in sales & marketing director role within professional services environment.
